Your new role
To manage, plan & supervise multiple small to medium steel frame buildings and associated groundwork’s. You will be responsible for all aspects of the projects from site set up and allocating workforce, day to day managing of the installation teams and client liaison through to project hangovers. You will ensure RAMS are in place, quality control is monitored, H&S rules are being adhered too and generally ensuring the smooth day to day running of the projects.

What you’ll need to succeed
A thorough understanding of the construction sector, including Methods, safety standards, current cdm regulations and contractual issues with particular emphasis to steel framed buildings & structures.
Interested candidates will be capable of managing multiple sites, interpreting technical drawings, be comfortable dealing with Customers, clients and associated third parties.
You will need strong communication skills, previous contracts management experience, good IT skills and a full clean driving licence.
