EASTCHURCH CHURCH OF ENGLAND PRIMARY SCHOOL : Behaviour Support Assistant Teaching/Child Support - Part-time

30+ hours per week. Term Time only.
Must have relevant experience and qualifications.
The successful candidate will be required to work within our behaviour and nurture provision with individual and small groups of children, mostly supporting emotional, social and behavioural needs.
They will be required to assist the senior leaders and class teachers in implementing the behaviour policy across the school. They also will be instrumental in providing a range of activities that reward good behaviour as well as initiating activities that are preventative. The role requires somebody who manages their own time well, is able to keep good records and is willing to engage with parents as partners and work alongside outside agencies. Additionally there will also be opportunities to improve the academic needs of the children and on occasion will be required to supervise children in other activities such as playtimes, educational trips and school events.
Salary £17,651 pro-rata KR5
