What are we looking for?
We are looking for people with 2+ years estate agency experience at Valuer/Lister level in SALES OR LETTINGS or above who currently feel undervalued, want to progress with a dynamic forward thinking progressive company that will recognise your efforts based on your ability and results.
You will have a background from either an independent or a corporate estate agency firm in either residential sales and/or lettings.
You must be able to manage your day and valuations. Above all you will strive to offer the best possible customer service experience to your Vendors and Landlords, building your business by increasing market share and leveraging referrals. You will be proactive in your marketing efforts as well maximising the abundant lead supplies to you by head office.
