I have a client based near Sittingbourne who is looking for 1st Line Support Engineer who has experience with 1st Line Support, Helpdesk, Desktop, Active Directory, Exchange, Networking and VOIP on a Permanent basis.


Our Client is offering the successful 1st Line Support Engineer a salary up to £24,000 based on experience.


Skills and Experience Required


  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Organised

  • Windows

  • Active Directory

  • Exchange

  • IP Telephony

  • VOIP

  • Provide deskside support

  • Hardware Installs

  • Software Installs

  • It would be beneficial to have Microsoft certifications or CompTIA

  • Must have a Full UK driving Licence
