A truly fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of Kent’s most successful and leading Recruitment Companies.

Dartford was the first branch of HR GO which was opened 59 years ago, then known as PSB Recruitment, by Betty Parkinson and is still a family business today, with her son Jack Parkinson who is our Chairman. We now operate 26 branches nationally, 8 of these in Kent.

Working in a highly successful branch, on a very warm and lucrative desk with a wide range of clients already, we are seeking a talented and successful Recruitment Consultant who will be responsible for working with a range of businesses from Blue Chip, PLCS, FMCGs through to SMEs.

Responsibilities will also include identifying new business, business development, managing and delivering an outstanding service to our clients. You will be working on a busy desk , dealing with temporary positions for new and existing clients. This is a demanding role working with clients and candidates with high expectations so you will need to be highly efficient in managing your time, as well as being able to meet and exceed deadlines.

We are not just looking for anyone, we are looking for a passionate individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who has a strong background in recruitment and wants to work in a highly successful and well respected organisation.

In return we are offering an excellent salary with an uncapped commission structure which is one of the best in the industry, within a friendly environment which promotes success. We also offer a very generous holiday allowance, which increases with length of service and a contributory pension scheme.
