About the Key-Stage Teaching Assistant role
As a Key-Stage 1 Teaching Assistant, your role will involve you working across the whole of Key-Stage 1 and you will be implementing SEN provisions under the guidance of the school SENCO. Throughout this Key-Stage 1 Teaching Assistant role you will be splitting your time equally between 1-1 and group intervention work as-well as whole classroom support. You will be working under the direction of a dedicated SENCO who will ensure you’re given all the training and support needed to become an effective member of the support staff team.
