Technical Services Officer

We are currently looking for a Technical Services Officer to join our expanding Technical Services Team to support the AXA PPP healthcare business across the UK and International markets.


The role


Are you able to remove the complexity of insurance speak? Do you build strong relationships to understand needs and support delivery? Do you have a strong attention to detail and enjoy proof reading documents?

Some key responsibilities for this role include:


– Reviewing simple marketing materials and customer communications to make sure they are clear, fair and not misleading, accurately reflect the benefits of our products and comply with regulatory requirements.


– Supporting the business in adhering to the review process for the signoff of customer materials


– Assisting the Compliance Team in carrying out monitoring reviews at AXA PPP healthcare, including non-traditional products, dental products and third parties


Skills, knowledge and behaviour


· Good understanding of AXA PPP healthcare and third party business and products


· Good knowledge of AXA PPP healthcare and third party policies and practices


· Good knowledge of the ICOBS rules, in particular the Financial Promotions rules


· Highly developed attention to detail and comfortable dealing with policy terms and conditions


· Ability to work quickly and accurately and prioritise and deal with a number of urgent tasks


· Ability to communicate effectively


· Self-motivator


· Clear understanding of the Principles of Insurance
