My client school is a multicultural popular 11-16 mixed school situated in Tonbridge. The school is located within a 10 minute walk from the station with excellent train links to London. The school has recently been graded as ‘Good’ in all areas by Ofsted. This is a school that intends to innovate and ultimately re-define what young people in urban settings can achieve.

The Senior Management Team is seeking to appoint a passionate career minded Geography Teacher to teach in the secondary section of this school, and support their pupils to make dramatic progress towards there GCSE.. The successful candidate will be an inspirational teacher with a proven track record of leading pupils to achieve outstanding results. You will share in the schools vision and the belief that all young people have the every ability to achieve high levels.

The successful candidate will be a career minded enthusiastic Geography Teacher or NQT. You will have a passion for teaching Geography making appropriate progress ensuring that teaching and learning is to a high standard. You will work closely with other members of staff planning creative and engaging lessons for the pupils. You will also work collaboratively with parents to ensure that they are aware of their children’s progress, engaged in their development and supporting in their vision for the future. You will deal effectively and sensitively with child protection issues.
