Administrative Assistant I M-F 7am-4pm - UPS - Auburn, WA
The Administrative Assistant I may be responsible for:
General office duties, i.e. answering telephone, data entry, filing, etc.
Preparation of reports/presentations using Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel Preparing and/or coordinating information for internal use and distribution
All other tasks as assigned by supervisor and or manager.

Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent is required
A minimum of six-months office support experience is required
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under supervision with a high attention to detail
Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Accurate and rapid data entry
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must have at least six months general office experience.
Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook)
