On behalf of our Client we are seeking a Suitably Qualified CDP to join the brigade at this unique Up Market Gastro Inn with Rooms situated on the Kent / East Sussex Border.

The Restaurant offering is simple high quality modern english
You will be a direct support to the Head Chef & Sous Chef (Brigade x 6) and manage a section to the high standards required
Rosette experience will be a benefit to your application although not essential if you have the right quality background and the determination to achieve
Alongside your Restaurant skills you will ideally have Function / Wedding experience
NB: Due to increased trade we are also seeking a Demi CDP – Salary 17/18K
