Copperfield Academy has a limited number of places for NQTs in EYFS, KS1 and Lower KS2. We are a two/ three form school.

Copperfield Academy is a strongly improved school. We are waiting for Ofsted this term but recent external moderation indicates that the school is likely to be graded as Good in all areas!

We have a successful programme of NQT support that has seen nearly all of our NQTs develop into good and outstanding teachers who have stayed with the school. Now some of them are ready for promotion to leadership posts and sadly are leaving us. This has then opened up new opportunities for NQTs who want to start their teaching career in a strongly supportive environment.

We are looking for lively, enthusiastic, hardworking and creative NQTs to join our teaching team. We offer you a successful mentoring programme, planning with experienced year group colleagues and the expertise of strong middle and senior leaders. If you have had successful teaching practices and strive to be an outstanding teacher, with those qualities that we are looking for, Copperfield Academy will be a wise choice for the start of your career.
