ROLE : DENTAL TRAINER ASSESSOR

LOCATION : KENT

SALARY : £18,700 – 21,700

JOB PURPOSE:
A leading Training Provider is is looking for a Dental Trainer Assessor. As a Trainer Assessor, you will help inspire learners to realise their potential as you support, advise and guide them through their apprenticeship training and assessment. Delivering a professional, high quality service to our learners is key and is underpinned by quality procedures and Awarding Body requirements

*Responsible for supporting learners through their specific apprenticeship training and assessment.

*To provide learners with impartial information, advice and guidance to help them make informed decision to help achieve their goals.

*Observing and assessing candidates in the workplace and providing feedback and guidance to ensure the learning standards are met.

*To keep accurate reports and learner records.

*Maintain own continuous professional development.

*To ensure that the Dental Qualification / Framework delivery is planned to meet the Company’s income target and contract.

*To ensure that learners complete their qualification within contracted timescales by applying effective time management systems for the learner.

*Prepare, agree and review assessment plans with each learner, create learner portfolios to agreed standards and ensure they are completed in a timely manner

To be considered for the role you need to have the following qualifications.

TAQA or A1 or equivalent assessor awards (if not already held to be achieved in post within agreed timescales)
Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (if not already held to be achieved in post within agreed timescales)
Preparing to Teach in the Life Long Learning sector (PTTLS), certificate of Teaching in the Life Long Learning sector (CTTLS) or similar teaching qualification
Level 2 qualification in Information Technology
