Person Specification – English Teacher

To be considered for this English Teacher post, you must be a capable and compassionate English Teacher who has a history of ‘Good’ or better classroom practice and possess a calm and confident teaching style. You will have the skills to organise and orchestrate fun and interesting lessons that motivate students towards excellent attainment. The successful new English Teacher will have the ability to set realistic expectations and challenge and motivate their students to achieve such targets.

About the English Teacher role
