Positive Approach, a local, family owned business, has an opening for a daycare specialist/facility cleaner. We are Pierce County’s oldest and best known dog care facility.
Do you fit the following criteria?
*LOVES dogs, is patient and kind.
*Not afraid to get dirty-we play with dogs, scoop poo and mop pee!
*In shape-we walk miles every day, literally, on the daycare floor. *Good health-our daycare floor is indoors BUT we keep our bay doors open so it is cool during winter and warm during summer. Can you be in a semi-outdoor environment and stay healthy?
*Lift 35+ pounds.
*Reliable transportation.
*Able to communicate and get along well with others.
*Teachable-we are a training facility. We teach positive training methods and use them.
*Takes direction from others well.
*GED or high school diploma required
*Flexible ” this position requires weekend scheduling ” we are open 365 days a year!
*resume required
*Pay starts at minimum wage, plus tips. Tips usually ad $1-$2 an hour onto your pay.
*One week paid vacation after a full year of employment.
