Working Hours: 30hrs per week, term time only
Start: September 2016
Pro rata salary £10,230 – £11,380 (for 30 hours term time)
SEN allowance £1,123 (pro rate to 30 hours)
(Salary Full time £14,952 – £16,633 plus SEN allowance full time £1,217)
We are seeking to appoint a TA to work in our Primary department although staff need to be flexible in deployment. This post offers an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced TA to join our dedicated and highly effective staff team. The school prides itself on providing our pupils with much more than academic support within lessons and we are looking for someone willing to commit to providing the very best all round education for these exceptional young people. The successful candidate will work supporting pupils with a range of behaviour and learning needs. The successful candidate will have a high level of emotional intelligence and resilience, a flexible approach to their work and an ability to embrace change.
Candidates need to possess a minimum of GCSE grade C or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
