This is a community special school for pupils aged 5-14 with moderate learning difficulties and additional complex needs (including Autism). There are places for 120 young people from KS1 – KS3, usually in classes of around 8-10. Their teams work together to provide the best education and pastoral care to ensure that this SEN school is a safe and enjoyable place of learning for everyone. The school also knows that the students will all be individual with their own specific strengths, qualities and interests as well as individual needs and they endeavor to ensure that these are specifically and well catered for.

Head of Maths (SEN) – The Applicant:
The successful applicant will be an ambitious Head of Maths (SEN) who has previously taught or worked directly with pupils who have a range Special Educational Needs and a relaxed yet effective teaching philosophy.
