Head Receptionist - Mercure Tunbridge Wells
You are the life-blood of our business. In this vital role you would normally ensure that the Reception and Reservations desk runs smoothly and efficiently all day, every day. You will lead by example, boosting morale and making sure your team consistently delivers the highest standards of customer service.
We are currently looking for an experienced hard-working and enthusiastic Head Receptionist to join our small front office team on a permanent full-time contract.
Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends is essential together with the ability to work under pressure and respond positively whilst maintaining excellent customer relationships.
The successful candidate must have previous experience as a Receptionist/Supervisor/Head Receptionist within the hotel industry, have excellent active listening and verbal and written communication skills as well as experience in up-selling of room packages.
The hotel has 84 rooms and hosts a number of events and conferences throughout the year.
