Maintenance Estimator required for leading privately owned Building Services Maintenance Contractor based Nr Dartford that specialise in PPM and Reactive calls on all hard services and HVAC plant. They have an annual turnover over exceeding 17 million and 120 employees.

Role:

Providing the BD team with support for pricing of all maintenance contracts, expected to be £4m per annum. These contracts will be predominantly hard service maintenance usually to SFG20.

The role will involve regular contact with specialist sub-contractors, updating the company estimating system and looking for added value and alternatives that will drive down costs.

They will be required to attend site to validate and verify assets.

Experience

The individual will need above average skills in Excel able to do tasks such as Pivot Tables and Goal Seek.

The candidate will likely either be in an estimating role at present, an engineer that wants a career change or a graduate looking to get into FM.

This role will be based at our offices in Dartford with their primary role including the policing of the sales network ensuring all documents are current and up to date, providing support to the Sales Team, arranging meetings, diary management, portal management,
