Person Specification – KS1 Teacher

You must be an assertive and effective KS1 Teacher who receives ‘Good’ or better gradings from classroom observations and who has the attitude of a real team player. This KS1 Teacher vacancy is open to those who have a well managed classroom manner and a pragmatic approach to teaching. The role is open to both experienced KS1 Teacher or a Primary NQT.

About the KS1 Teacher role

This KS1 Teacher role involves you leading a happy and eager to learn Year 1 Class. Part of your KS1 Teacher responsibilities will include improving the classes creative output in line with the schools philosophy and working with the support from an electrifying Head Teacher. Your KS1 Teacher responsibilities will include teaching with the full support of the Head Teacher who has created the ideal teaching environment.
