My Client, a major player in their Industry, is now looking to recruit a Plant Operator to join their team, ensuring that the machines are operated safely , analyse the production plan, and enhance production.

The Role: Mobile Plant Operator

Operate the plant safely, correctly and efficiently.
Continuous quality checks and monitoring
Maintain equipment.
Keep equipment clean at all times.
Communicate any problems promptly and accurately to the correct people
Ensure good shift hand-over to shift equivalent in order that production continues seamlessly.
To take an active part in the development of the site’s systems.
To adhere to the safety systems on site

Skills / Qualifications / Experience: Mobile Plant Operator

Fork lift licence – Reach & Counterbalance (current)
The ability to read and analyse a production plan.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of a continuous process.
Knowledge of working within quality systems.
Level headed under pressure.
GCSE’s C grade or equiv – English, Maths, Science
