NAC Architecture is seeking a highly motivated, team oriented Office Coordinator to join our team in the Spokane office. As the Office Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for visitors that include clients, consultants, vendors, delivery service providers, and more. Along with receiving visitors, this position provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer/direct all incoming phone calls and greet all office visitors professionally and courteously.
- Keeps contact data base up to date.
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
- Edits and formats project manuals/technical specifications.
- Receives sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Facilitates mail, fax and delivery of invoices, drawings, packages for architectural projects.
- Monitors and facilitates office maintenance as needed.
- Creates and distributes weekly time reports to managing Principals assuring that all time sheets have been completed.
- Other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
- Provides administrative support to departments as needed.
- Special projects as needed.

- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates ability to complete tasks in an orderly and efficient manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3-5 Years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree or higher preferred.
