Location: Faversham

Work Pattern: 3 day week to ideally include Mondays and Fridays, 08.45 – 17.30

Ward & Partners is part of the largest independent estate agency in the south east of England (Arun Estates) and we need an additional person to join our very busy internal recruitment team.

Duties will include:

•Screening and selecting candidates for interview
•First Line Telephone Interviewing for sales people, administrators, and other ad-hoc positions within the Arun Estates brand
•Working closely with our senior management team, recommending candidates for follow up interviews
•Working towards set targets
•Writing quality advertisements to attract the best candidates
•Following up offers and placements to ensure time to hire is at a minimum
•Developing relationships with Preferred Supplier List of recruitment agents
•Sourcing candidates from recruitment websites
•Head Hunting and recommending experienced staff to our senior team
We need you to be:

•An experienced recruiter within a consultancy environment
o or have internal recruitment experience

o or have a previous estate agency background

•Hard-working with the desire and determination to achieve your goals
•Professional, organised and have a great work ethic
•Confident over the telephone and present a positive image of our company at all times
•Have good base computer skills and the ability to transcribe notes while interviewing
•Have a bright enthusiastic personality, a “can do” attitude with a good sense of humour
