We are looking to appoint a KS1 or KS2 teacher who is passionate about learning and will be a positive role model for children. We would welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified teachers.

Information about the school


Shorne Church of England Primary School is in a village setting and has 210 children. We were graded as a GOOD school by Ofsted in October 2012 and OUTSTANDING as a church school in January 2013 We pride ourselves on our friendly, successful team ethos and we will ensure that you have opportunities for continued professional development. The school has extensive facilities, with a computer suite, SMARTboards, laptops, and an attractive working environment and school grounds. Our Mission statement, GROWING TOGETHER IN LEARNING AND IN FAITH reflects our strong Christian ethos. We became an academy in December 2014 as part of the Aletheia Anglican Academies Trust (AAAT) and we work collaboratively with the partners in our Trust to provide the best learning opportunities for our children.
