The Upper Key Stage 2 Leader Person Specification
The successful applicant will be a determined Primary Teacher who is now ready and determined to move in to a position of responsibility. Aside from a strong history of solid teaching practices, you will be keen to prove yourself in a new environment and will have a vested interest in increasing exam results through solid work ethic! The school ultimately needs an experienced Primary Teacher who can offer an inclusive attitude and an interactive Teaching style, but who also possesses the personality to lead, and lead by example! The Upper Key Stage 2 Role
As an Upper Key Stage 2 Leader you will be taking charge of the fantastically enthusiastic Years 5 and 6, and will be charged with overseeing all aspects of the educational development, from teaching, to curriculum development, to staff training! Add to the creative environment and develop your own skills through the support of an impressive and visionary SLT, and liaise with the Head Teacher who sees the importance of a successful Key Stage 2 phase as paramount!
