Then we could be the school for you! West Borough Primary School is looking to appoint a qualified teacher from September 2016 for the Early Years Foundation Stage or Key Stage 1. This is a permanent position. NQTs are welcome to apply.

The successful candidate will enable pupils with different learning needs and of varying abilities (including EAL) to maximise their learning through provision of motivating activities and a positive, creative learning environment.

West Borough Primary School is a school of 15 classes including a maintained nursery.

A set of Core Values underpin all that we do which ensure high expectations of both learning and behaviour. Our inclusive school is based on a large, well resourced site just outside Maidstone town centre. Our excellent facilities include refurbished classrooms, music room, extensive outdoor learning areas and an ASD Satellite. Our school also has a Children’s Centre within the grounds. We serve a wide catchment area which includes EAL pupils.
