Administrator – Part Time – 6-month contract

£14,980

16 Hours per week, flexible on times/days.

Our client a leading Pharmaceutical company, is on the search for a new Administrator to join their team for a 6-month contract.Within the role you will be assigned to support the Submissions team as a Data Entry Clerk.

Your primary focus will be data entry from one area of the system into another but this will also include responsibility for preparing pre-defined excel reports and quality checking their contents.

As the successful candidate you will:

* Complete database queries to obtain information.

* Verify and correct data where necessary.

* Prepare and verify excel reports.

* Ideally be able to demonstrate experience of working in a challenging environment and to a high level of detail.

* Ideally have formal computer training and be proficient in the use of MS products, particularly excel.
