About the Teaching Assistant role

The dynamic nature of this role entails you being placed in the department that best matches your degree, helping to support the needs of Teachers and pupils that require additional help. One of your main duties will be to supervise individual booster sessions and groups of targeted intervention sessions that will enable you the opportunity to practice your lesson delivery skills. Throughout the Teaching Assistant role you will be displaying your skills to the Senior Leadership Team in the hope of securing one of the School Direct placements available.
