Immerse yourself in the school’s positive ethos and culture, and use your fantastic interpersonal skills and honed teaching skill to lead by example in and out of the classroom!

The Head of Science Role
Being the new Head of Science you will be looked to to continue the recent success of the department by monitoring the current teaching level, training team members where possible, amending the Science curriculum, and sitting in on regular meetings with the other subject heads and the SLT! Use all your experience to teach classes to a high level, but also to stay organised and assist your team in areas required, making sure to monitor pupil progress and attainment levels along the way! This is a huge chance for you to make your name in school leadership!
