Manager required for a food led country pub which is located in the Ashford, Kent. Transport will be required.

As Manager you will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the property and candidates are sought with a strong pub / gastro pub / restaurant background.

Our client is looking for a candidate with excellent leadership and motivational skills along with a strong development of sales approach which is essential. You will be required to ensure that statutory legislation including Health and Safety are complied with. You will have excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and training of your team to maximise revenue.

It is a hands on role on the floor providing a ‘Mine Host’ presence, requiring you to take responsibility for the day to day business and operations to ensure that standards are maintained and good service delivered.

Salary for the role of Manager is given as £25,000 to £35,000 / per annum / including a potential bonus. Transport would be required due to shift work and location.
