ST AUGUSTINE ACADEMY: English Co-ordinator - Full-time

We require an outstanding Teacher to be a Key Stage 4 Co-ordinator in our English department.


We are looking for a Key Stage 4 Co-ordinator who will be responsible for maintaining and improving student outcomes at GCSE English at Key Stage 4.


This role offers a Teaching and Learning responsibility of a 2B, £4,499 and in addition a Recruitment and Retention of up to £6,000 paid over three years.


You would be joining a high performing department, where you will receive expert guidance from a dedicated Senior Leader of English.


This is a full-time post in a non-selective school in Maidstone, which has the added bonus of new buildings to provide an exciting and vibrant environment. You will be responsible for providing interesting and challenging lessons for students across Key Stage 3 and 4, with the support of a positive and innovative CPD team. Enrichment opportunities are plentiful and our new English teacher will want to get involved with the many activities on offer.


For a teacher who is relocating to Kent, we have accommodation available located next to the Academy.
