Professional Valuation Surveyor




The candidates for this role must be a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS) and ideally a RICS Register Valuer and be able to show they have extensive knowledge of both valuation and landlord and tenant work.


Candidates should be commercially aware and with a strong enthusiasm for networking and new business generation. Our ideal candidate will be analytical and perceptive with excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a professional, courteous and respectful manner. They will need to be able to work without supervision, but will be team orientated as well as showing flexibility, commitment and be commercially aware.


Candidates must hold a clean, full UK driving licence and be able to provide their own or have every day access to a vehicle (with business insurance) for this role. A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook and Excel is essential.


The Role – As a Valuation Surveyor you will be principally involved in providing a range of professional surveying services across the region, but predominantly in mid-Kent Brief Summary of Duties – To deal with all aspects of professional surveying work to include valuations, development site appraisals, rent reviews, lease renewals, other landlord and tenant matters and rating work. To build and maintain good relationships between our client and their clients, whilst actively promoting the Company by meeting and developing relationships with new and potential clients.


MISCELLANEOUS Business Mileage: 45p per mile
