World-Class Aerospace Supplier Located In Kent, Wa, Specializing In High-Speed Machining, Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication, Kitting And Assembly Is Looking For An Experienced Aerospace Inspector To Join Their Team.
We Machine Aluminum Alloys And Hard And Exotic Metals, Fabricate Sub-Assemblies, Deliver Kits And Provide Processing Services, Including Anodizing, Chem-Film, Shot-Peening, Priming And Finish Treatments, To A Global Customer Base.
You Will Be Expected To Provide The Following:
- Measuring Skills To Include Customer Compliance.
- Control Of Nonconforming Product Utilizing Industry Standard Methods Such As NDT Testing Techniques.
- Familiarity And Understanding Of Past And Current AS9100 And NADCAP Standards.
Requirements:
- Monitor Manufacturing Operations Per Manufacturing Control Plans.
- Provide First Article Buy-Offs For Machined, Sheet Metal And Assembled Parts.
- Provide First Article Services As Required.
- Verify & Maintain The Calibration At Specific Intervals.
- Assist With Receiving Inspection From Various Outside Processes.
- Verify Equipment Is Operating Correctly And Safely.
- Maintain Quantities And Operation Accountability On Manufacturing Control Plans.

Experience Requirements:
- Ability To Read And Interpret Manufacturing Control Plans, Blueprints, Including PCM’s.
- 3 Plus Years Experience In Aerospace Manufacturing And Fabrication Assembly.
- Understanding Of The Following: (MSDS & Quality Management Systems).
- Understanding Of Control Of Non-Conforming Product Testing Methods.
- Quality Policy And Objectives.
- Must Be Able To Follow Work Instructions.
- Familiar With Geometric Tolerances & Solid Math Skills.
