SACRED HEART HIGH SCHOOL: School Business Manager


Salary: £46,359 – £51,045


Hours: 36 hrs a week, all year


Start Date: Ideally July 2016 but can be flexible


We require a highly skilled School Business Manager to operate full time in school in a very hands on capacity, collaborating as necessary with our part time Executive Business Manager who is based outside the school. The role is integral to the strategic leadership of the school and the successful candidate must be a confident leader who can function well as part of a team; be adaptable to change and embracing of innovation and creativity.


We are looking for someone who is highly organised, with good IT skills who can identify best value in all aspects of their work; an effective communicator, able to build and sustain positive relationships with pupils, staff, governors and the wider community; someone with a “can-do” attitude, who is able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.


This person will need to be supportive of the Catholic faith of the school and previous leadership, staff and financial management experience is essential.
