Supply Planner

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Planner on a temporary contract for 12 months.
Role Purpose Statement


To maintain stock and availability targets for a specified group of SKU’s or depots in line with pre-determined company targets.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities


– Processing internal and external purchase orders in line with requirements of specific ERP platform(s)
– Maintaining company owned stock and end-to-end service levels
– Developing and maintaining meaningful supplier/depot relationships
– Report on issues that may result in either stock write off and/or excess storage charges
– Evaluate a number of pre-generated reports
– Prioritisation of requirements vs. plan
– Escalate issues


Knowledge, Skills, Experience


– ‘A’ level or equivalent education level as a minimum, degree preferred
– Minimum of 2 years supply or stock control experience preferred, preferably within an FMCG environment.
– Firm focus on maintaining/improving customer satisfaction & the ability to work both accurately and to deadlines, often on one’s own initiative.
– Excellent communication skills are essential as is computer literacy,
