The Company:
Our client is an international leader in its field of the Oil & Gas industry. They are currently looking for a team of Customer Service Representatives to provide excellent customer service and continually strive to make the company stand out on the market above all other competitors.

Main duties:
To support the team and company by managing customer queries, quotations, orders and shipping on a day-to-day basis and ensure excellent consultancy regarding the company policies and products.

The Role:
– Assist the sales process within customer support
– Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times to internal and external customers
– Build and maintain consumer and distributor relationships
– Understand the products and client requirements to provide a tailor-made service
– Work closely with the Department Manager to ensure policies are respected and excellent customer service is provided at all times to all parties
– Provide inbound and outbound customer support and consultancy
– Evaluate Credit and propose financial packages to support sales
– Use CRM software, SAP and Salesforce on a daily basis to maintain up to date records and implement the system with consumer feedback
– Support and handle dispatch or return transactions
– Ensure company targets are met at all levels
– Play an active part in the Marketing campaigns and possibly attend trade shows when required
– Generate and follow up on sales leads in order to generate new business opportunities

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English and German/French/Dutch/Italian (written and spoken)
– Previous experience in a similar role and call centre environment – ESSENTIAL
– Previous experience working with CRM software (salesforce.com) – ESSENTIAL
– Previous experience working with SAP – ESSENTIAL
– Lean Six Sigma Green certificate – DESIRABLE
– Previous experience in a technical environment similar to Oil & Gas – DESIRABLE
– Experience in contract review or negotiation of sale terms and conditions – DESIRABLE
– Ability to work comfortably as part of a team
– Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
– Able to organise own workload
– IT Literate

Salary:
£25k to £35k dependent upon experience
