We are looking for a front of house manager to join our team at the Pied Bull in Farningham Kent. The Pub has been owned and operated by myself for over 10 years, so you will be joining a well established business with good security.

The roll will be full time, working a flexible rota 5 days on 2 days off each week. Working hours will be around 40-42 hours per week, this will include evenings and weekends. Salary/hourly rate negotiable based on experience.

The job role will require a hard working, motivated team player who will take responsibility for the front of house team, organising rota’s, managing stock, providing top quality customer service and looking after, motivating and organising the rest of the front of house staff.

The position is very well suited to someone currently working as an assistant/deputy manager or team leader within a branded pub/restaurant outlet that would like to eventually own their own pub or restaurant and would like to gain experience in how a successful independent pub is run without the constraints of a head office.

Ideally applicants will have previous experience managing a small team of people within the hospitality/catering trade, hold a personal licence and have a friendly bubbly personality and the personal drive to push themselves and the business forwards. The role is available from the end of August.
