INDEPENDENT COMPANY LOOKING FOR A SALES/SENIOR NEGOTIATOR
BASIC SALARY UPTO £18,000 DOE & £30,000 OTE
My client is looking for a SALES NEGOTIATOR they are adding to the current team in this busy office. Great working hours and service driven working environment.
The role will require you to:
- Have good communication skills both over the ‘phone and face to face
- Arrange viewings, book in valuations and mortgage appointments, deal with applicant registrations, service vendors and purchasers in a positive and effective manner whilst
- Ensuring branch targets are achieved
- Value and list properties for sale
- Provide excellent Customer Service
Ideally you will have experience of successfully working in an estate agents and will have a Property sales background and thrive in this busy service driven environment.
This is a historically successful office and continues to grow and therefore the offers high rewards.
In return for the right applicant, my client is offering a competitive basic salary, generous branch commission.
