Outside Sales Representative / Manager - Shine On Signs and Graphics - Renton, WA

Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following..The Sales Representative/Manager is responsible for producing sales which meet produced gross profit margin objectives. He/she coordinates the sales process to see that service and quality objectives are fulfilled. He/she helps to manage the customers’ experience with the company and its employees. Other duties may be assigned, that may or may not include the following: pick-up & delivery of materials, supplies, signs, etc. File & proof generation, follow- up on proofing with customers, lead generation activities which will include early morning or evening meetings.

• Possess two/four year degree


• Possess valid Washington Driver’s


• Minimum of three years’ experience in the position of Outside Sales for company of comparable size or equivalent experience


• Excellent communication skills, including ability to present and speak in public, and written skills.


• Ability to exercise integrity


• Ability to read, analyze and interpret job estimates and reports, including blue prints


• Ability to think and reason


• Advanced computer skills including software, hardware programs


• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, gross margin, mark up, commissions, percentages, area and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and


• Ability to take accurate measurements and complete site surveys


• Ability to read and interpret documents such as Map reading, Safety rules, blue prints, specification documents and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and Ability to speak English effectively with customers, employees, or the public in general.


• Own or have access to late model vehicle in good Proof of insurance and commercial use rider.
