CareTech Community Services is a national provider of support for people with complex and challenging behaviours associated with autism, learning disabilities, mental health illness and neurological conditions. We support people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and also in residential care.

We are looking for a Senior Support Workers to join our friendly Loose based team in Maidstone, who can demonstrate a reliable and flexible approach to people with learning disabilities. You should have the confidence to handle complex behaviours that sometimes maybe deemed challenging.

Our service users have varied like’s and interests, this could be trains, cooking, art or going to the pub, and they also want to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Sometimes they need support and this is where you come in, we are after individuals with the right values to support our service users.

We select our team members to support our service users based on individuals having the right values to work in our services.

Applicants must have a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Social Care or equivalent and willing to work towards NVQ Level 3.

Full driving licence would be an advantage, due to the rural location.

All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS Check and satisfactory references.
