Contracts Administrator - Excellent team, plus bonus
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an established company with long standing clients who require an additional Contract Administrator to join their busy team supporting the Contract Managers and ensuring the smooth running of the many contracts that they run.
You will be a driven, ambitious administrator who enjoys seeing a job through from start to completion.
You will report to the Operations Manager.
Main duties
- Producing and issuing documents.
- Liaising with designers, architects and manufacturers
- Ordering materials and arranging for them to be on site at the correct stages throughout the job
- Hiring plant and machinery
- Make travel arrangements for the Contracts Managers when required
- Authorise purchase invoices/credit notes
- Arrange work permits when required to allow access to certain high profile sites
- Ensure snagging is dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and within the organisation
Requirements
Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential
Excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to plan ahead
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Effective communication – you will need to be able to communicate well in different situations
Accuracy – the information that you provide needs to be accurate as a lot of people will be working from it
Ability to work on several projects at once
Willingness to get involved and learn the business
Work as a team but able to run your own workload
Establish working relationships with clients and others
