XP Recruitment are recruiting for 5 x LGV Cat C (HGV Class 2) HIAB Driver for our large, prestigious client based in Sheerness, Kent for delivering equipment to their sites.

The hourly rate for is £13.00 per hour,

Your daily duties will involve using your vehicle and HIAB crane to deliver equipment to various sites in the region. Hook experience and an RTITB qualification are preferable along with a CSCS Card.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written are essential for these positions. In the event of any issues during your shift, you will be required to speak with the team in the depot by telephone to resolve.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday – Days.

You MUST HAVE a full Category C (HGV Class 2) Entitlement with a minimum of 1 year’s experience. You must also hold a current Driver CPC Qualification and a Digital Tachograph Card.

You MUST NOT HAVE over a maximum of 6 penalty points for minor offences on your driving licence, although a clean driving licence is preferred.

You MUST HAVE a good understanding and knowledge of current regulations in regards to EU Drivers’ Hours, Working Time Directive and Drivers Tachograph Regulations.

You MUST HAVE a good geographical understanding of the UK road network and have good communication skills.

You MUST HAVE a current HIAB Qualification – preferably RTITB. Our client would also prefer you to have a CSCS Card.
