Our client is a leading and one of the largest storage centres in the UK and has some of the finest customer focussed facilities in the South East. Due to continued company growth and expansion, we are seeking a Store Centre/Operations Manager to train and motivate a small team and whose key focus will be to drive store sales and exploit new opportunities.

The main responsibilities will require an individual who will be entrepreneurial and business focused and given the autonomy to grow and develop the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire your team to exceed expectations


• Train and motivate a team whose key focus will be to drive store sales and exploit new opportunities


• Manage local marketing activities


• Deal with administration and ensure all standards are maintained

This role would ideally suit a candidate who has previous experience at a similar level in the self storage sector.

You will be a strong team leader, driven to succeed and be highly motivated to achieve success for yourself and the business. You will also need to be computer literate and possess excellent selling and communication skills.

The salary for this full time role which will involve working a 40 hour week on as rota basis to cover the hours between 7.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) and 9.30am to 2.30pm (Saturday) will range from £30,000 to £35,000 per annum plus Bonus depending on previous skills and experience.
