We are a growing wholesale and retail baking company looking friendly people who can have fun while contributing to our shared success. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong analytical and communication skills to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
Ability to learn new tasks and business functions.
General knowledge of accounting – AP/AR.
Process daily remits.
Monitor and process daily employee time and attendance.
Process credit card transactions.
Issue customer statements.
Inter-company journal entries.
New employee paperwork & orientations.
Ability to work well with others.
Miscellaneous office tasks.

Experience with Sage Accounting Software is a plus.
