Administrator, Customer Services Executive




A fantastic Administrator/Customer Service role has arisen with rapidly expanding company that provide office equipment. They are based in Central London and need a hard working Administrator with an excellent telephone manner to support their team.


SALARY: £20k to £24k with 25 day’s holiday and company pension


LOCATION: You will be based from an office in Central London – the office is a 10-minute walk from London Bridge station. Office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.


The company sell a wide range of office equipment including photocopier and I.T solutions to end users across London.


Your role will be to handle customer queries over the phone, load invoices onto their system, order stock and stationery, deal with petty cash, type quotes and letters. The role is really varied and no one day will be the same. You will be using Sage in order to load the invoices so experience of using this would be good.


Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with as an Administrator/Customer Service Executive. You will have excellent knowledge of Word and Outlook and experience of using Sage is a massive plus. You will have a brilliant telephone manner with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
