The Company
The Retail Operations division of Exsurgo is currently recruiting for a leading storage company. Our client is looking to recruit an Assistant Store Manager for their store located in Orpington. The brand are clear leaders within the market and pride themselves on providing impeccable customer service.
The Role
As Assistant Store Manager you will be responsible for managing staff shifts, schedules and staff performance, selling products, meeting customer needs, cash and stock reconciliations, stock liaisons with head office. Meeting and exceeding own sales targets as well as driving staff sales. Proactively approach customers in store and work alongside them to help them with enquiries.
You will also work closely with the Store Manager in all areas of people management.
The Candidate
Our client is looking for someone who will assist in leading a strong sales team. A retail/hospitality background is essential. Your love for providing a high end service and ability to sell means you will know each product inside and out and will be the first to learn, share, and inspire your team members about new initiatives.
