We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a large organisation in the Ashford area. You will be an experienced sales manager and be responsible for all recruitment targets for a national programme.

The successful person will have previous experience of working in a sales environment and experience of leading and managing a team to achieve challenging targets in a fast paced environment. You will be engaging with local partners, schools and colleges and working to sign up over 25,000 eligible young people across the contract period.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of working with external bodies, working with data, forecasting and working to targets. The role will see you managing a team of up to 10 and frequent travel around the South East. You will be comfortable maximising on relationships, attending meetings and being directly involved on a day to day basis in the aim to the increase sign up rates, alongside managing a team. Previous experience of working in a not-for-profit organisation would be ideal, however, candidates from all backgrounds with relevant experience will be considered.
