Automotive Service Advisor – Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Salary Depending on Experience
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy department in a busy franchise main car dealership in the Tunbridge Wells area.
As part of our their aftersales team you will be responsible for making bookings, meeting and greeting customers coming into the service department, arranging alternative transport, liaising with the workshop and customer, advising the customer on any repair issues gaining authority for any additional work, and advising relevant costs, invoicing, arranging and taking payments.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a successful brand and dealer group. To be considered for the above vacancy candidates must have recent volume main car dealership experience within a Service Advisor role.
Candidates must have excellent customer skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
