The Trainee Teacher Role
As a Trainee Teacher you will be supporting learning across your chosen age group, helping children to engage in their work and ultimately raising attainment whilst you learn from the teachers there. Move in to a position of teaching as the program carries you forward, and complete a web-based portfolio behind the scenes as you work towards a full PGCE with QTS through this 2-year Trainee Teacher program!
