Are you an experienced Lister/Valuer looking to join a reputable firm in Cambridgeshire

As the main office valuer, it will be your responsibility to generate valuations and gain new instructions in to order to achieve maximum profitability and growth.

You will be have an excellent track record in winning new business and will be able to communicate at all levels.

Main duties will include :

•Dealing with all enquiries regarding property purchasing and selling

•Registering potential property purchasers, ensuring you understand their needs in order to match them to their desired property

•Booking viewings and valuations

•Listing Properties to Market

•Attending viewings

•Providing feedback to vendors and purchasers

•Sales Negotiating (agreeing a price) between vendor and purchaser

•Liaising with solicitors

•Managing work-load

•Effective time management

•Maximising your opportunities and gaining new business

You must be enthusiastic with a real passion for the industry and very Customer service focused.

We expect excellent people skills, hard work, strong organisational skills with a motivation and determination to succeed.

As a Valuer, you are responsible for booking, generating and attending valuations and viewings, generating valuation letters, obtaining viewing feedback and completing vendor care calls. You will also take photographs and draw floor plans of properties for use in publicity materials.

You will also support the Marketing activities of the branch through canvassing activities and managing applicants.
