Description
COMMERCIAL SECURITY CONSULTANT SUMMARY: Responsible for the design and sale of Access Control, CCTV, Burglar, Intercom and Fire Systems to commercial businesses. Develops new business prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of security systems and/or services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. To perform this job successfully, the Commercial Security Consultant may be expected to perform some or all of the duties listed and complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
Makes contact with businesses through on-site cold calls and networking by visiting properties and talking to management or owners.
Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of security systems and services.
Responsible for assigned monthly sales quota.
Calls on customers.
Calls on prospects identified by Vintage Security as well as those identified through self generation activities.
Prepares bids, and follows-up on outstanding bids.
Provides customer service (handling and resolving customer problems).
Pursues new business.

Knowledge of and a proficiency in using Computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook), and Internet.

Residential Builder Sales Consultant SUMMARY: Representing the company to our home builders and their home buyers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. To perform this job successfully, the Residential Builder Sales Consultant may be expected to perform some or all of the duties listed and complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
Manages own appointments with prospected home buyers.
Works with builder personal to insure when home is sold they are given homeowner information.
Will meet with homeowner within agreed upon time period to select security/low voltage options.
Will deliver signed pricing selections and all paperwork required to the main office in a timely manner.
Ensures all permits are completed and processed through the county or jurisdiction.
Meets with homeowner at home before wiring to locate and mark out all selected options.
Works with builder personnel to ensure the job is being scheduled appropriately with operations.
Ensures customer satisfaction during process and makes any changes as needed.
Attend mandatory weekly sales meetings.
Continuously prospecting for new home builders to offer our services.
Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas issued by Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a related field.
40 plus hours a week – nights and weekends upon request
Salary through training period then 100% commission.
Benefits provided with full time status.
